Abstract

This study is a Comparative study of the BBC Bangla and Deutche walle Bangla. The study will try to find out what lead to the closure of the BBC Bangla and how changing media landscape has shaped the Public Broadcaster with particular reference of the two leading Bengali services of the two leading public broadcasters. The study is with reference to Bangladesh as both the services are very popular in this country and entwined with its history.
